Capricho Goods which the whole name in Spanish means something that you stubbornly want. But for us it’s all about the taste and the same specific quality or specific features that you really want in a product, this is how we provide the quality and excellence in our products but also satisfy the ultimate stubborn desire on them for our customers.
Our Network connections are inside of SOUTH AMERICA, especially in PERU. Our founder is originally from there as is his family. CAPRICHO goods was an inspirational name for him because he has a beautiful daughter who is very stubborn but well decided in her commitment to be successful.
Our founder firmly believes that his country was awarded for many reasons. It is because Peru is actually one of the few countries in the world that has more varieties of natural products and medicinal herbs. It also has many minerals and metals. Peru has always been the third largest producers of SILVER , fifth in GOLD and second between Chile and Zambia for Copper, it has also been awarded for the most specific variety of organic and gourmet coffees of the world. Some years ago the COCOA plantation was promoted by the government; proved that with the coffee plantation and today’s good prices coffee beans are substituting the COCA plantations. today there are more peasants that grow coffee and cocoa instead of Coca leaves. Although GHANA and an IVORY COAST have gained the reputation of the best COCOA grains, Peru is developing that industry very fast and is very much committed to promote the quality of its crops. The Peruvian Government has realized the Agribusiness is the future of the country and is investing in helping the small farmers to get the certifications they need for their organic products or Fair trade.

Organic Coffee
Peruvian coffee has been awarded several times as one of the finest coffee of the world and its quality was vastly recognized...
The finest coffee at the extreme south of PERU from the Valley of LA Convencion located at the rich and legendary department of Cuzco where the Incas founded their empire.
Our Organic Coffee has been growing naturally in many areas however Peru has invested many resources to get the certifications as “organic” for the coffees it produces. Currently we count with all the certifications that the tough consumer public needs. Those are the “Rainforest Alliance”, “Starbucks coffee”, OCIA, Biolatina and Coffee Quality Controllers Services, which serve the farmers, the cooperative sector and exporters on quality, education and certifications.
Organic Roasted ground coffee
At Capricho Goods we also promote and trade the organic Coffee that is roasted in PERU. Under the new NAFTA agreement this country can compete with others to penetrate the big markets and now is reaching also the European and American markets as well.
We sell bags of 1 lb of medium and dark roasted.
Although most of our sales are trough internet we plan to market them “door by door” bringing our finest coffee ready to drink to the largest houses, Hotels and Organic store chains.
COCOA beans
Due the tightness of short supply and a growing demand on the world of COCOA beans and derivatives, Peru just found a place as one of the finest suppliers of these products.
There is really an interest for Peruvian COCOA products from the Industry of Chocolate in Europe and United States,
The Cocoa beans that Peru has, comes from the selection of fermented almond cacao with humidity under 8%. This product is highly demanded for the chocolate industry of the world.
We at Capricho Goods commercialize the COCOA beans that come from TINGO MARIA and TOCACHE one is located at the extreme EAST of CENTRAL part of PERU and the second at JUANJUI.
The major event of the Chocolate Industry was the “SALON DU CHOCOLAT” of Paris and the TOCACHE. COCOA was recognized as one of the finest of the world and awarded in the first place for its scent.
Our Cocoa beans have the following parameters:
· Humidity: Between 7.4-9,0 %
· Ferment: 73-80%
· Calibration: 72-74
· Defects: 2%
FISH OIL
Fish oil is oil that comes from the fatty tissues of a variety of fish and contain OMEGA-3 acids that are proven health benefits for the human body.
The OMEGA 3 has invaded the modern medication and the most important is that is a natural product. Omega 3 is currently is being using in diets, as medication for treating clinical depression. It has Also been proven to be invaluable to treat coronary diseases and there are beliefs that this product is useful for having anti- cancer effects. There are studies that fish oil supplements reduce the risk of having breast cancer, reduce the prostate cancer growth and colon cancer as well.
With 25% of the total fish oil production in the world, Peru is now the main fish oil producer worldwide.
